1^st COLLABORATED
 PMI Chapter MEETING

 

The aim of this collaborated PMI Chapter meeting is to give the opportunity to meet and greet our project managers’ peers from Germany, South of Belgium and South of the Netherlands.

 

The Program starts at 18:00 o’clock with a Welcome Drink and an introduction by the president of the Cologne Chapter.

 

First Presentation:   Managing complex Technical projects with Design Structure Matrices
by Professor Schlick.

 

                        Break and Networking

 

Second Presentation:   Knowledge management of project teams
by Professor Van Riel
